All of our Massage Treatments may include the use of Hot Stones and/or Cold Stones. At no extra charge. The Hot Stones feel wonderful and help soften your muscles and increase your relaxation. The Cold Stones may be used if you have chronic pain to help with any inflamation, right after the Hot Stones. If you do not want hot or cold stones, please let us know.
Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage: Swedish Massage is light and for relaxation and increased circulation. Deep Tissue Massage is focus work for those muscles that cause you aches and pain. Both may include the use of hot and/or cold stones.

Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage: Don't have time for a full massage, or are you new to the massage experience? Try one of our head, neck and shoulder massages to help with some of your tension and stress. 20 Minutes.........$30.00
Hyssop Neck, Throat and Shoulder Massage: This massage is focus work to the neck, throat and shoulder area using Hyssop, nature's anti-viral, offers relief from muscle and neck tightness associated with stress, or from sore thoats due to sickness and/or vocal strain. Please note that it uses Sweet Almond Oil, not recommended if you have an allergy to nuts.........approx 30 minutes......$50.00
Nettle Massage: Nettle is effective in treatment for eczma or nervous-onset skin irritations. It is excellent for dry, flaky scalps. This oil can be added to your entire massage or just specific areas........$5.00 extra add on

Beach Massage: Enjoy the comforts of the beach right in your massage . Includes beach waves music, beach aromatherapy, sand and surf foot treatment and UV light as the sun............

Aromatherapy Massage: Starts off with a wonderful spray of your choice spritz, then pick your favorite scent to be used as your massage oil through out your session................$70.00
Chair Massage: Given fully clothed. It is great for special events such as charity walks/runs. Also a wonderful way to say thank you and give employees a mid-day pick-me-up. Call for pricing and details.
Sinus Relief Massage: This massage is specific to help ease the pain of sinus pressure. It also works great for those who suffer from TMJ pain. Hot stones are used to warm and soothe the face and sinus pathways, then cold stones are applied to reduce inflammation. Eucalyptus aromatherapy is used in the room and in the massage oil. 20 minutes.....................................$25.00
Face and Head Massage: This massage is focus work to the face and head, uses hot and cold stones, hot towels and essential oils. After your face and head are massaged it is followed with the face glow. You will leave feeling refreshed and uplifted. (Please let your therapist know if you are sensative to any essential oils or smells) Requires approx 45 minutes............$60.00
Rotator Cuff Release Massage: this massage is for anyone who is experiencing neck, shoulder, arm, chest and upper back pain that may or may not involve some or all the rotator cuff muscles. It is also great for people who constantly put their neck, shoulder, arms, chest and upper back through the same repetitive movements such as lifting or sitting at a computer, great for massage therapists , and anyone who plays any type of sports. You do not have to be in pain for this massage to be beneficial. It is great for the prevention of problems. Due to the positioning of some of the muscles this can be a pretty intense, deep session, but the end results are worth it. This is not a relaxation massage......1 to 2 hours maybe needed and multiple sessions are suggested........$65.00

Raindrop Therapy Massage: Raindrop is a powerful, non-invasive tool for assisting the body in correcting defects in the curvature of the spine by utilizing the antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory action of several key essential oils. Raindrop treatment can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, help relieve stress, improve immune function and help facilitate the release of pent-up negative emotions. Raindrop therapy may have a slight warming to burning sensation on some areas of the body. The essential oils are only applied to the feet and the spine. Blondes and redheads tend to be more susceptible to this temporary warming and reddening of the skin. If you are allergic or sensitive to any essential oils this massage is not for you.

Reiki Session: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that also helps to promote healing. It is administered by a series of hand positions.
Reiki Session = usually 30-40 minutes long, with a primary focus area.......$40.00
Chakra Balancing: This session is a balancing method that helps bring about the correct movement of the natural chakra energy from chakra to chakra 20-30minutes.................$20.00
